Harvested from the Colibrí area of Finca Sophia, known for its exceptional washed and natural Geishas year after year. Colibrí is named after the hummingbirds that frequent Finca Sophia, as well as for the energetic profiles produced there. This particular lot was hand-picked in the middle of March, the beginning of the middle of the harvest, a time that generally results in our highest-scoring lots and is emblematic of Finca Sophia naturals that balance typical red fruit notes with florality.
